OutCV is a visibility platform, not a job board, recruiter, or employer. Nothing on OutCV is an offer of employment, and no position on the leaderboard implies candidate quality or any guarantee of being hired.

You may submit only your own resume and accurate information. Submissions you do not have the right to publish will be removed.

Bids are voluntary payments for visibility. Positions are determined solely by verified paid bids at any moment and change as others outbid you. Bids are non-transferable; refunds, where applicable, remove your bid from the leaderboard immediately.

We may remove submissions that are illegal, abusive, misleading, or violate the spirit of the product without notice.
